I want you to be thrilled with your purchase.If your order arrives damaged or if you are not completely satisfied with your order, let me know within 14 days. Please email me before you return any merchandise. You need to have a return form & authorization number.
Returns are only accepted if the merchandise is defective or if I've misrepresented my merchandise. If the error is on my part, I will quickly and happily redo your order.
Returned item(s) must be in the condition in which they were received with original packing and any tags. Any worn or washed items cannot be returned.
Once you've received your return form and authorization number, you may send the form and merchandise back to me for replacement, store credit or refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Replacement items, store credit or refunds will not be processed until the original item and the return form are received.

Unless otherwise noted, all of the items posted are already made. Most are unique and one-of-a-kind, unable to be identically duplicated. However, if you see something you'd like in a different size or color, contact me and for a $5.00 fee, a similar item can be made as a "custom order". In addition, if you don't see something you're interested in, please contact me and let's talk about it!
